1.Protection of intellectual property

This site is published by INFLOW (the «publisher»), which holds the rights to the elements contained in the site. Website content means the general structure, texts, images, animated or not, videos and sounds of which the site is composed. Any representation or reproduction, in whole or in part, made without the consent of INFLOW is unlawful. Any such representation or reproduction, by whatever process, would therefore constitute an infringement punishable under the current legislation on intellectual property. The information presented on this site is not exhaustive, it is provided for information purposes only and may change at a later date. As such, INFLOW shall not be held liable in any way whatsoever.

 

4.Hypertext links

The setting of hypertext links by third parties to pages or documents disseminated by the service, which may in fact constitute a copyright infringement, an act of parasitism or defamation, must be subject to authorization which can be requested directly from INFLOW. 
The corresponding authorization will be granted if the links do not conflict with the interests of the service and guarantee the possibility for the user to identify the origin of the document, especially in the case of deep hypertext links, framing or insertion by links. In addition, INFLOW is not responsible for the content or services offered by any site that links to or refers to the inflow-data.com site without express permission.
